The Idemitsu Story
Idemitsu was founded in 1911 by Sazo Idemitsu. Having established itself as a Japanese oil and gas company the company now embarks on a journey to transform into a sustainable international energy provider committed to a carbon-neutral future. Sazo Idemitsu built the values of the company through events and his perseverance, and these values are still honored and embedded in the Company today.
